A true piece of Barbour history: the legendary Solway Zipper, produced in the 1980s and one of the very few vintage models available in Olive during that era. One of the most iconic Barbour jackets ever made — long cut, military-inspired structure, heavy waxed cotton and a distinctive waist belt that defines its timeless silhouette.
Built for field use and designed to last a lifetime, the Solway features large front pockets, internal pocket, corduroy collar, brass hardware and the original Barbour pin, an authentic detail collectors look for.
The waxed cotton from this period is unmatched today — dense, durable, and impossible to replicate. Finding a Solway from the ’80s in this condition is extremely rare.
A museum-level piece for true enthusiasts.
