FREE RETURN 

if it’s our mistake at DRAPS, your satisfaction matters. If the jacket you receive is wrong, damaged, or clearly different from what was described, we offer a Free Return – we cover the shipping cost. Just contact us at info@drapsbarcelona.com within 10 business days of receiving your order and we will provide the return label.

When the return is at your charge

If you decide to return the jacket for personal reasons, including sizing issues when the measurements provided are accurate, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

We provide detailed measurements, descriptions and photographs to help you make an informed purchase, as each jacket is a unique vintage piece.

Returns are accepted at our expense only in the event of a mistake on our side, such as an incorrect item, undisclosed defect, or significant discrepancy from the listing.

This policy helps us reduce unnecessary shipping and supports a more sustainable approach to vintage fashion.

Conditions for a valid return

  • The item must be returned within 14 business days of delivery.

  • The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

  • All returns must be pre-approved and authorized by DRAPS.

Returns for size, fit or change of mind are accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and conscious consumption, original shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return due to size, fit, or change of mind. Every shipment generates logistical and environmental costs, and this policy helps us continue offering carefully selected vintage garments while reducing unnecessary transport and waste.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 2–3 business days via the same payment method used at checkout.
Refunds cover the item price only (shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable).
