HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the correct jacket length. Select “Up to 90 cm” or “Over 90 cm” before adding the service to your cart.
2. Complete your order online. The return shipping cost is added at checkout according to your destination country and selected delivery method.
3. Send the jacket to our workshop in Barcelona. Choose your preferred courier and arrange the shipment to us. This initial shipment is organised and paid for by the customer.
4. We clean and reproof your jacket. Once received, the garment is professionally cleaned inside and outside, prepared and carefully rewaxed.
5. We send the finished jacket back to you. When the treatment is complete, we arrange the return shipment and send the tracking details to the email address used for the order.

THE BASIC REPROOFING SERVICE

Give your wax jacket a new life through a professional cleaning and reproofing treatment, carried out with care and respect for the garment’s original character.

The service includes thorough cleaning of the jacket’s interior and exterior to remove accumulated dirt, residue and impurities. Once cleaned, the garment is carefully treated with wax to restore the fabric’s protection, depth of colour and distinctive finish.

After the wax has been applied, the jacket is left to rest so the treatment can settle correctly into the fabric. It is then carefully inspected and prepared for its journey back to you — refreshed, protected and ready to be worn again.

• Jackets measuring up to and including 90 cm: €85
• Jackets measuring over 90 cm: €99

Measure the jacket vertically from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the bottom hem.

REPAIRS AND ADDITIONAL WORK

This service is exclusively for jackets requiring cleaning and reproofing. Repairs, alterations, replacement parts and structural restoration are not included.
